Are you interested in trekking? If you are, this tour
is a big challenge for you. Try your best to climb to
the roof of Indochina - Fansipan Mountain. At 3143m Mt.
Fansipan is the highest peak in Vietnam and the entire
Indochina peninsula. This remote trek provides plenty to
see and absorb, from the scattered rocks inscribed with
drawings and designs of unknown origin, to the French
influenced hill retreat town of Sapa with its minority
groups, beautiful villas and cherry forests. Our trek to
the top of Mt. Fansipan is challenging and will be fully
supported every step of the way by our guides, porters
and cooks who's local knowledge and understanding of the
different hill-tribe cultures we pass along the way will
add to the uniqueness of this exhilarating journey.

Sapa, 1,650m above the sea, a magical combination of
alpine landscape, ethnic cultures, and bracing mountain
air, was built as a hill station inside a beautiful
valley in 1922. It's home of various hill-tribe
communities, it's the only place in Vietnam that catches
extremely rare snow flakes in winter, the base to start
any conquest to Fansipan, the highest peak of Indochina
(3,143m) via primitive forests and spectacular
mountainsides. As in other far mountainous towns, where
the hill tribal villages take some days to move to one
another, Sapa has a weekend market, during which the
town fills up with hill tribal people selling their
wares. If you prefer to be apart from crowds of visitors
who will also gather in the marketplace in weekend,
visit Sapa on weekdays and hike to villages which are
easily reached by trekking or a short trip by car, to
reach the villages and hamlets of the
colourfully-dressed Hmong, Red Dzao, Dzay, Tay and Xa
Pho people and spectacular green terraced fields along
the roads.
Day 3: Fanxipan trek
Start at 09:00 you travel by car toward the Silver
Waterfall where you will have chance to have a short

relatively soft until the lunch time. After a couple of
hours hiking, you will have a break at a nice spot in
the forest and enjoy a good picnic lunch. With new
energy you start ascending as well as descending towards
the camp-site. En route you have many opportunities to
enjoy the scenery and magnificent view to Sapa area and
beautiful landscapes of Lai Chau province. You will
reach the camp-site at 2900m in late afternoon. Now it
is time to relax and enjoy a well-prepared dinner.
